PALS First Meeting of 2012
We are off to a great start planning events and fundraisers to support the Children's Department. There's still more to do, though. Please join us for the first PALS meeting of 2012 to find out more about plans for the upcoming year.
Tuesday, January 24th at 7 p.m. At the Home of Jordan Bishop 2115 Shades Avenue Vestavia Hills, Alabama 35216 We will welcome a great group of new members at this meeting, pay 2012 dues, discuss upcoming events, and membership expectations. We had an incredible turnout for our
Splendiferous Holiday Party on December 21st. PALS raised $1500 for the Children's Department! The children enjoyed a special breakfast, storytime with Fancy Nancy, entertainment from the Sol Azteca mariachi band and a visit with Santa. Thanks to all who helped in every way! Barnes and Noble Book Fair UpdateShoppers at Barnes&Noble helped PALS raise $1426 through a book fair the weekend of December 3rd. Barnes&Noble donated 10% of sales to the Library. We greatly appreciate the support!
